2. Services & obligations
We commit to delivering services as described. Timelines are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
3. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the shipment or the service fee paid, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
4. Prohibited items
You may not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted items without prior approval. Violation may result in legal action and immediate termination of service.
5. Payment & cancellation
Payment is due upon invoice. Cancellations must be made in writing; fees may apply based on service stage (up to 50% of total cost).
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
